WOW. a fantastic light, the zoom facility means you can focus the beam of light on an object at quite a distance. looking out of the garden we have a tree 80 mtr away, zoomed out it JUST illuminates it. zoomed in you can see it in detail. the Side light is great for looking in cupboards, engines etc. the magnetic base ( detachable) means you can stick the light up anywhere there is a metal surface. once that is removed the belt clip means i can clip it onto my pack for when we are out walking. Both lights have multiple modes. on solid , flash, the side light has a RED mode and also the main light has an SOS. mode where it flashed the morse code letters S.O.S. brilliant for whewn we are out walking. son far i have used the light quite a lot at night taking the dogs out. walking, etc.. but i have not had to recharge it yet ... so not sure how long the battery lasts. it is USB C rechargable. as one of the items i carry is a pocket power pack i can charge it on the go when it does run out. verdict. 10 out of 10. brilliant piece of kit. well thought oput. good construction. light, (weight) powerful. several lighting options. plus the SOS. for the price it is an EXCELLENT buy.

This is a nice and very powerful torch for multi-use activities. I got it for my friend who is keen night fisherman and loves the side light which is more suitable for nocturnal bankside activities with his tackle (oo-er). The main beam goes on for seemingly miles and battery life is very good. You can swap out the belt loop for a very strong magnet also, handy for a bit of DIY I guess though we haven't found much use for it yet. If I was to niggle, I would prefer a rubber casing for extra grip and protection but otherwise all good.

I was genuinely impressed by how bright this torch is – the 900,000 lumen claim in the heading but further down it states 500,000 lumen which might be ambitious, but it’s certainly one of the brightest I’ve ever used. It lights up large areas with ease, making it perfect for walking the dog at night, camping trips, or in emergency situations. Whilst I doubt the 500,000 lumen claim is accurate, this is certainly a very bright torch. It will easily illuminate the tops of trees a couple of hundred yards away, and can even just be seen shining on to neighbouring buildings in full sun. It's adjustable from a relatively wide area to a small spot. There isn't really any light spill so the main torch won't illuminate an area, but the side LEDs do a very good job at this (and are a warmer colour temperature, too). Good features include the separate switches for main and side lights, as well as after a few seconds only a single button press is required to turn off, rather than needing to cycle through the different options. It also has interchangeable ends so either a magnet or carabiner style clip can be attached, as needed. Main downside is that the 21700 Li-ion 4000mAh battery is fixed, unless you have soldering skills (it can be removed by unscrewing the end and pushing the inner components back on the USB port, with some careful tweezer work on the LED connector). This means that when the battery won't hold a charge any more the torch is likely to be consigned to the bin. Very nice smooth surface which is comfortable to hold and it's well manufactured.
